Getting Back to Work

I have been a stay at home parent for the last 10 years, I started my blog to chronicle my adventures with my family, well time has past and I have been going about my business except keeping up with the chronicling of our adventures. Now the kids are older, we still have our adventures but now I am building a business that I have been passionate for years. Back in 2015 I started my journey with obtaining my USA cycling lvl 3 certification to help in training a youth triathlon team I was just hired to train. From there I obtained my USA Track and Field lvl 1 certification to better help athletes that came to me for coaching help. This prompted me to start Speedwork Endurance Training which I have been running for the last 2 years with limited succsess. Now I am going into my third year, with more time dedicating to this endeavor and obtaining more education I am going to create a business platform that will help to drive athletes to obtain their goals and dreams. Stay tuned for more stories, helpful information pertaining to endurance sports.

Addison is getting ready

The girl is going to be walking around the house really soon. Addison can stand on her own without no help and looks to me she will be walking on her own power very soon. It might happen when we are in Orlando FL. Watch out world she is ready to race.

Big boy Pants

Last week Preston and I went to visit his gymnastic teacher Mrs Racheal to ask her a question about gymnastic camp. She told Preston she does not change diapers and if he wanted to go to camp he would have to be potty trained. On monday he wanted to wear big boy pants and since then he has been in them and doing his business in the potty. So pround of the little man.

Walks

May 6th Addison took her first few step to her mama. It was great. The same day Preston started to swim under water. It was a big day at the Matulewicz homestead.

Three

Tomorrow Preston turns three. It really has not felt like three years since we brought him to this world, I feel like it was the other day we walked out of the hospital. Today we celebrated his birthday for a second time the first in New Mexico and the second with Papu and Auntie Des. I'm amazed how Preston articulated his words and spoke full sentence at the lunch table. He has grown to be a little boy. I am a proud father. Not just with Preston but with Addison too. She is so different than Preston was when he was a baby. She plays so much more than he did and by herself. She just makes you smile. I love being their Papa. What a gift.

Lunch time

Today at luck I shared some of my broccoli with Preston, he even took a huge piece out of my hand and stuffed it into his mouth, then took the last remaining pieces from me. I asked him to share his broccoli with me but he proceeded to finish his with out sharing. I was a little sad he did not share with me but proud he ate that much broccoli
